Controller of your data
Personal information gathered on reverbols.com is controlled by Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation, 1880 Saskatchewan Drive, Regina SK S4P 0B2. Write to privacy@reverbols.com with any question about it.
Laws we follow
The federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, known as PIPEDA, is the primary law for this site. On top of that, anyone visiting from the European Union or the UK can use the GDPR rights set out further down, and California residents can use their CCPA/CPRA rights.
Information gathered
- IP address: logged by our web server each time a page is requested.
- Rough geolocation: a city or region estimated from that IP address, never a precise position.
- User agent: the browser, operating system and screen size your device reports.
- Form data: what you type into a note for the editors, such as your name and email.
- Consent setting: your cookie decision, held in local storage on your own device.
Reasons for using it
Technical data keeps the site online and protected against abuse. With your opt-in, analytics show which parts of the review readers use. Also with your opt-in, marketing and referral data let a partner network attribute a reservation to us. Messages are used to reply to you. The optional uses depend on your meaningful consent, as PIPEDA expects.
Retention periods
Raw request logs are wiped inside 90 days, and analytics summaries are held up to 26 months. Correspondence stays on file while a conversation is open and for at most two further years. Your cookie setting expires after a year, and the banner then returns.
PIPEDA rights in Canada
You may ask to see what personal information SaskGaming holds on you through this site, have errors fixed, and pull back consent for any optional use. Should our answer leave you dissatisfied, the federal Privacy Commissioner's office accepts complaints. Requests go to privacy@reverbols.com.
GDPR rights (EU and United Kingdom)
Under the GDPR, readers in Europe or the UK may view their data, fix or erase it, limit or oppose its handling, request a portable export, and change their mind about consent whenever they wish. Your national data regulator also hears complaints.
Rights for California residents
California law (the CCPA, updated by the CPRA) lets you learn the kinds of personal data reverbols gathers, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how sensitive data is used, and stop us selling it or sharing it for ads aimed across other services. Reverbols treats a GPC browser signal as that stop request. Exercising a right never changes how we treat you.
Young people
Reverbols is written for adults who are 18+ (or the age of majority in your province). Information from anyone younger is not collected on purpose; let us know if a young person has written in and we will erase that message promptly.
