Reverbols is run by a small editorial team. We read everything that arrives, and we reply to what we can.

How to reach us

Write to editorial@reverbols.com. A short message is usually enough; if you are writing about a specific entry, please name the hotel and the category page it sits on so we can find it quickly.

What we can help with

• Corrections. Factual errors in an entry — a wrong city, a misdescribed format, a building detail that is out of date.
• Suggestions. A property you think belongs in one of the four categories, with a sentence on why.
• Editorial questions. How we choose entries, how a category is defined, how something was worded.
• Permissions. Requests to quote or reference material published here.

What we cannot help with

We do not take reservations, hold rooms, confirm availability, quote rates, apply discounts, or act on behalf of any hotel. Reverbols is not a booking agent and has no access to any property's reservation system. For anything to do with an actual stay — dates, prices, cancellations, accessibility requirements, a problem during or after a visit — contact the hotel directly. We also cannot pass messages on to them.

Response times

Expect a few working days. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
